Pierre-Luc founded GloboTech Communications in 1999 when he was only 14 years old. A self-taught businessman, he was the president and founder of Bitfarms, one of the largest blockchain data center companies in North America (TSXV/NASDAQ: BITF) from 2017 to 2019. Pierre-Luc believes that data centers are the backbone of the Internet: even though they are run by the private sector, they do provide a public service.
Charles founded GloboTech Communications in 1999. He is a veteran of the data center and IT management service industries in Montreal. He has witnessed the advent of the data center sector in Montreal, the arrival of foreign players in the Quebec market and the wave of mergers and acquisitions.
Since 2008 in Canada, David has assumed the roles of Network Administrator, up to the position of IT Director, then TI-HPC (Ai) consultant. With more than fifteen years of experience in high-availability hosting, David has specialized in artificial intelligence and high-performance computing (“HPC”). David is tech-savvy and cybersecurity-focused. At Enovum, he is the CISO and Director of infrastructure.
Roberto heads corporate accounting at Enovum. He has extensive knowledge in financial reporting, accounting and business advisory through his experience as a senior manager at a large accounting firm, part of the “Big Four”. He has dealt with many clients from different industries, exposing him to complex accounting and tax transactions. Prior to joining Enovum, Roberto gained further experience in the data center industry as a Director of Financial Planning at a company specialized in building mechanical systems.
Prior to joining Enovum, Simon helped his clients structure and achieve their projects with the BMO corporate finance team. Specialized in technology companies, Simon helped small to large enterprises succeed by providing trusted advice. As a CPA, he brings his renowned passion to Enovum to accelerate growth and drive shareholder’s return.
Born in Quebec City, Cedrick spent the majority of his professional life in Alberta, where he specialized in assisting clients with solving and enhancing their ongoing business communication challenges with technology. He designed unified communication solutions including contact centre deployments for his clients. By joining the Enovum team, Cedrick returns to his roots in Quebec and brings his two decades of experience to help Enovum.
Eric has helped thousands of customers since beginning his career at GloboTech Communications and hopes to continue to serve thousands more in a more efficient manner at Enovum. His expertise allows our team to quickly understand our customer’s needs, to deploy solutions faster and to convert more potential customers.
Bahador is a former staff reporter at Radio-Canada/CBC. He works to build the social acceptability of data centers and to promote Enovum’s image. Bahador’s goal is to strengthen the image of the company and its founders in the eyes of the general public, the media and public officials. A creative strategist, he supports Pierre-Luc in his decision-making and his relations with investors. Prior to joining Enovum, Bahador was in charge of public affairs at Bitfarms (TSXV/NASDAQ: BITF).
